Can I change the item, size, or shipping address of a paid order?

  • Yes, to make changes to your order before it is shipped, send us an email at minimunchkinclothingco@gmail.com. Or shoot us a DM on IG or FB.
  • Please note: we can only make changes before the item is shipped out. You have 3 - 6 hours after purchase for custom orders to be changed before we will be unable to make changes.
  • Therefore, please review your order information carefully when you place the order.

Which countries do you currently ship to?

We currently only ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada & Australia. We will be adding more places as we grow.

When can I expect my order after I placed it?

  • We have a 2-3 days processing time.*

 

*This may vary occasionally due to increased orders around the holidays. Please be patient with us. We will get your order out as soon as we can.
  • Orders are processed Monday - Friday. If you order after 5 pm EST, your order will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping within the US is 3 - 5 business days. Shipping outside the US is anywhere from 7 - 14 days. 

  • Total Delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
    • Please note this is just an estimation, there may be variances in times for different products, and due to COVID, shipping may be delayed by the carrier service.

 

How can I track my package? Do I have a tracking number for my package?

  • Once an order has been shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
